The teacher will work collaboratively with one other Teacher to ensure the successful operation of a classroom with a total of 17- 20 children. The teacher also works with a team of other teachers, family managers and family members to implement the curriculum to achieve outcomes for children of all abilities. How this role contributes to the Y’s mission: As a Y Head Start Early Learning Coach, you will support educational quality, Creative Curriculum implementation and positive child outcomes throughout the programs operating areas. The Early Learning Coach regularly conducts classroom observations and coaching sessions in each center, both informally and formally (utilizing our program systems and tools). The substitute teacher will work collaboratively with the teacher to ensure the successful operation of a classroom with a total of 17 to 20 children.
